I am trying to reach out to foster youth with disabilities in the San francisco Bay Area who might be interested in being trained as mentors for others and in participating in CA state youth leadership forums and resource development. We are a national law and policy center working to support and protect the rights of individuals with disabilities. WE are very interested in working on transition, and have funding through the Dept. of Rehabilitation to work on systems change for emancipating foster youth with disabilies.
